Classes for Juniors (6 - 15 years)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Kindly arrive/log in on time for your class at the slot allotted to you. • In case you will not be attending any particular class, kindly inform at least a day prior so the slot is not wasted and can be utilized for another student. Notification of absence on the day of your class or no show will be counted as a class taken. • Adjustment of maximum two classes will be allowed within a month with no carry forwards into the following month. Alternate slot will be allotted based on availability. • In case of upcoming exams or preplanned events towards the earlier/later part of the month and if you wish to have those particular classes conducted later/in advance respectively during that month, kindly notify and check for slots available. • A group class will be adjusted only if majority of the students cannot attend due to a valid reason. Class will be conducted otherwise. • In case of absence spanning more than 3 weeks at a stretch (unless it's a medical emergency/ exams/any genuine reason (to be discussed), 50% monthly fees will have to be paid until you resume if you wish the slot to be reserved for you. Else the slot may be allotted to another prospective student in waiting and if you wish to rejoin, you will need to register fresh. • Kindly pay the fees at the beginning of each month. If fees aren’t paid until the 2nd week, the student will not be admitted in class from the 3rd week onwards and the class will be counted as taken. • Any class cancelled by the teacher will be readjusted within the same month/refunded. • Absence of 2 consecutive months or more will require fresh registration. A fresh slot will be allotted based on availability. ❖ Annual Public Holidays: There will be no annual holidays taken except the Christmas week from December 24th till January 1st will be a school break.
